'#Dosa #KariDosai #SouthIndianFood #Chicken #TheFoodCountry  Subscribe for more tasty videos: https://www.youtube.com/c/Thefoodcountry?sub_confirmation=1  follow us on Instagram to see what we are cooking: https://www.instagram.com/the_foodcountry/  Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/The-Food-Country-109852371410163  Madurai Kari Dosa | Madurai Special Street Food | South Indian Kari Dosa Recipe: Ingredients: Minced chicken chopped onions chopped chilies chopped ginger  chopped garlic curry leaves chopped tomatoes Turmeric Red Chili powder Cumin powder coriander powder black pepper powder salt Chopped fresh coriander Egg Dosa Batter  Method: 1) Heat the oil in a Pan 2) Add chopped onions, chopped chilies, chopped ginger, and garlic. 3) Saute till golden brown. 4) add chopped tomatoes. 5) Cook for 2-3 minutes 6) Add Turmeric, Red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, salt to taste.  7) Cook for another 2 minutes. 8) Add minced chicken. 9) cook till chicken is fully cooked. 10) Add freshly chopped coriander and keep it aside. 11) Break one egg and whisk it lightly. 12) Heat oil in a pan. 13) Add dosa batter and make dosa. 14) Add the Whisked egg on it. 15) Add cooked chicken on it. 16) Let it cook for 2 minutes. 17) Flip the dosa. 18) Let it cook for another 2 minutes. 19) Dosa is done now. 20) Serve hot with Coconut chutney or chicken gravy.'
